Founded in 2021 by Joar Draxler, Drax was established with the specific purpose of addressing the opportunities within welding, with a main focus on submerged arc welding. Our team has dedicated themselves to developing innovative welding solutions that aim to meet the evolving needs of the industry, with an emphasis on welding automation.

Over the years, Drax has successfully developed several welding solutions that have proven to be valuable. One such example is our collaboration with ESAB, where we have developed a joint tracking system. By combining old and novel technology with our knowledge we have been able to improve traditional welding methods, both making them more more precise and effective, but also cheaper.
